Born in Spain, yet having developed much of his career between Europe and Los Angeles, he first stepped in the entertainment industry soon after coming of age, interviewing stars for music channel MTV. Attracted by the fashion and arts scene at large, he relocated to Belgium and started making waves consulting for major cutting-edge artists, brands, avant-garde media and public and private cultural institutions, to soon become creative director on international campaigns at the intersection of art, music, design, storytelling, technology and social awareness.
Awarded a Leonardo Da Vinci European Award for young entrepreneurs under 25, he became best known for launching the iconic ‘Fashion Against AIDS’ campaign, a 5-year-long global fundraiser in collaboration with Swedish fashion giant H&M, featuring megastars the likes of Rihanna, Katy Perry, Yoko Ono and Pharrell Williams, amongst other 50 other world-class acts, to promote safe sex awareness amongst the youth. The campaign, distributed in 41 countries, became the vehicle to raise over 10 million US dollars for youth organizations worldwide, making F.A.A. a benchmark for other socially-conscious lifestyle campaigns around the globe ever since.
His experience working in premier studios the world over, in collaboration with some of the best talents of the day, fueled his interest in writing and directing audiovisual content, relocating to Los Angeles, where he became recipient of a Fulbright U.S. Fellowship. He graduated with distinction in Film Directing at the trailblazing California’s Art Center College of Design, learning the ropes from some of his film heroes.
Ever since, he has written, directed and created award-winning content in multiple forms and received commercial and artistic commissions from all over Europe, U.S. and Asia.
As of 2022, he’s in development of his first fiction film, and he divides his time between Spain and Belgium, unless he’s working on some special project anywhere in the world.
